Formats

25 / 30 / 45 min

Audience

200+ ALM pros

Location

Smart Factory, Düsseldorf

Session Formats

Pick the shape of your talk.

Keynote

25 Min

A sharp, opinionated opening or closing take on where the discipline is heading. One speaker, no Q&A slot.

Breakout Session

30 Min

A focused project story or case study. Enough time for one big idea, one real example and a short discussion.

Workshop

45 Min

Hands-on or deep dive. Walk the room through a workflow, a method or a tool setup they can try afterwards.

What we look for

Practitioners, not pitches.

  • Built on real projects, not roadmaps.
  • Concrete results, lessons learned, what you'd do differently.
  • No product pitches. Tools may be named, not sold.
  • Speakers attend in person in Düsseldorf.

First time speaking?

Good. Some of the best 2026 sessions were first-time speakers. The program committee pairs you with a mentor from Deloitte or NANGA Systems.
