ALM Future is a joint event of Nanga Systems GmbH and Deloitte Consulting GmbH, Rosenheimer Platz 4, 81669 Munich. Nanga Systems GmbH is technically and legally responsible for this website. Both companies are jointly responsible for the organisation of the event in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR.

The joint processing includes in particular:

• Administration and processing of registrations
• Communication with participants
• Organisation and implementation of the event

Nanga Systems is your primary contact for data protection inquiries. However, you can assert your rights with both companies.

We use the Luma platform (Luma Labs, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4667, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) to manage registration for ALM Future. The registration form is embedded on our website as an iframe loaded from luma.com.

• Purpose: Management of registrations, guest list, confirmations and event communication
• Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a reliable registration workflow)
• Data collected: Name, e-mail address, company, position if applicable, other voluntary information, plus technical log data (IP address, browser information, cookies) required to operate the embed
• Role: Luma acts as an independent controller for the registration data you submit through its form and shares the registration with us as the event host
• Data transfer: Loading the embed and submitting the form transfers personal data to the USA; Luma relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a safeguard
• Cookies: Luma sets the Cloudflare __cf_bm cookie for bot protection. This is a strictly necessary security cookie under § 25 (2) TTDSG and requires no separate consent. No analytics or tracking cookies are set

As part of the event planning and implementation, personal data is passed on to the following recipients:

• Deloitte Consulting GmbH, Rosenheimer Platz 4, 81669 Munich, for the joint implementation and follow-up of the event.
• Technical service providers (e.g. Luma for registration, Lovable / Cloudflare for website hosting) as processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Data will only be passed on to other partners or sponsors with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. This consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

This website is hosted on the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Inc., with EU representative Lovable Labs AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden), which serves the site through Cloudflare's global edge network (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Hosting is carried out on behalf of Nanga Systems GmbH in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. For any transfer to third countries, standard contractual clauses (SCCs) apply.

When you access this website, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical connection data (in particular IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) in server log files. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website). Cloudflare may set the strictly necessary __cf_bm bot-protection cookie under § 25 (2) TTDSG.

Web fonts (Poppins) are served from this website's own domain. No connection to Google Fonts or other third-party font providers is established.

On the "Location" page we embed an interactive map from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). When the page is loaded, your browser establishes a direct connection to openstreetmap.org and transmits your IP address and the requested map tiles.

During the event, photos and video recordings may be made in which participants may be recognisable. These recordings are used for public relations, reporting and documentation of the event (e.g. on websites, social media or in print media). The legitimate interest lies in the documentary presentation of the event and in corporate communication.

Participants can inform us on site if they do not wish to be recorded; we will take this into account as far as reasonable.
